Bird’s nest house is our family business. Mum start to built bird’s nest house in 2012. She spent time more than 11 years in this business.

Originally we sold the raw bird’s nest to other entrepreneurs but at the present people tend to takecare themselve, consume healthy food and focus on comfortable consumption. So we established “SHEWON” under brand management by KCDINTERTRADE CO.,LTD. in 2017 in order to produce new product to solve the weekness of bird’s nest products in the market.

There are  2 type of bird’s nest product in the market. The first is cleaned raw bird’s nest. If you want to eat it, you have to soak the raw bird’s nest in water about 1-2 hours and cook it about 30 mins. After that you get the fresh bird’s nest that can keep in the refrigerator 1-2 weeks. Yes! it’s long processing and short shelf life.

And another type is ready to drink (bird’s nest in a bottle) which is very high weigh and easy broken between shipping.

So SHEWON produce the new product, we call “Dried Bird’s Nest Instant Drink”. We have 2 flavors, the first is stevia&pandan flavor. We use stevia instead of sugar which sweeter but low cholesterol. Moreover we use the fresh pandan for nice smell and it’s good for heart. So this flavor is suitable for healthy people. And the second flavor is rock sugar. You will get original smell of bird’ nest and little sweet of good grade rock sugar

Some people may be ask the question. How’s different from other bird’s nest brand?

+ The first is raw material. Because we have bird’s nest house so we can select a good grade of bird’s nest, long strip (not a small pieces or powder)

+ The second is technology. we use freeze dry technology to produce. This processing is low temperature for make it dry. The temperature is between -20 to 55  ํC so the benefits of bird’s nest not be destroy in this processing.

+ The third is freeze dry technology make it dry and light weight. Net weight of 1 box is 100 grams (5 serving). Moreover the piece of the nest is dry and low moisture so it can keep in the room temperature for 2 years (No preservatives)

+ And the last is convenient to eat and hot serving. You just fill 120ml. of boil water, cover the lid 3-5 mins in order to absorbing the water with in and it’s ready to eat.
